RIGA - Today [Dec. 2], Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis go on a working visitto Lithuania to meetwith Prime Minister of Lithuania Andrius Kubilius. Prime Ministers will discuss the cooperation in the energy sector as well as current situation regarding the Snoras bank and Latvijas Krajbanka.
Within the framework of the visit the officials will consider the report on prospects for cooperation between Latvia and Lithuania and familiarize themselves with plans for construction of the Visagina NPP, discuss the progress and visit the Ignalina NPP.
Initially the visit to Lithuania was scheduled for Nov. 25; however, due to the necessity to resolve the situation in Latvijas Krajbanka, the Prime Minister postponed it to Dec. 2.
