Presidents of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland to meet in Estonia

TALLINN- On Dec. 1, President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves, who is a chairman of Baltic cooperation this year, will host Latvian and Lithuanian heads of state - Andris Berzins and Dalia Grybauskaite at Vihula Manor. The following day they will be joined by President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski for a meeting.

Topics to be discussed are transport and energy issues, cooperation among the Nordic and Baltic States, the EU financial perspective and matters related to the region’s security.

On the second day of the meeting, Vice President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Transport Siim Kallas will give an overview of the Rail Baltic project.
