This summer was marked for Lithuania with the Golovatov incident. Lithuania should say “thank you” to that attentive Austrian woman working in passport control at the Vienna airport who realized that the “Michail Golovatov” in her computer database on people wanted by a European Arrest Warrant, and the “Mikhail Golovatov” in a Russian passport, could be the same person.
