S&P's upgrades Estonia

TALLINN -- Ratings agency Standard and Poor's has upgraded Estonia's credit rating to AA-.

The move comes after the agency downgraded the US for the first time in history, stripping it of its AAA rating.  LThe US is now AA+, barely above Estonia.

The upgrade comes in light of Estonia's skillfull handling of the economic crisis and adoption of the euro at the beginning of this year.
