VILNIUS -- Vilnius city Mayor Arturas Zuokas has used a Russian tank to crush an expensive car parked illegally in one of the city's bike lanes.
Zuokas, an avid cyclist, said he was sick of the owners of expensive cars thinking they could park anywhere they want without consequences.
"I want to point out that if you have a car and more money it doesn’t mean that you can park it everywhere. Recently there’s been an increase in this type of parking violations, and it shows a lack of respect for others.”
