Gulbis wins second ATP title

RIGA -- Latvian tennis star Ernsts Gulbis has won his second ever ATP singles title by defeating the top seeded world number 8 Mardy Fish.

The win means that Gulbis, 22, moved up to 55th in the world tennis rankings.

Gulbis had defeated three of the top six seeds to get a place in the finals of the Los Angeles Farmer's Classic.
