ELKO secures ASUS contract

TALLINN - The distributor of electronic goods, ELKO Grupa, on July 14 announced the beginning of its distribution of ASUS computers in the Baltic States, reports news agency LETA. ELKO Grupa, one of the leading IT product wholesalers in Eastern Europe and one of the largest companies in Latvia, signed a cooperation agreement with information technologies company ASUS on the wholesale of ASUS notebooks, netbooks and Tablet PCs in the Baltic States, starting from July.

EEPad Transformer Tablet PC is especially suitable for users who are in need of both multimedia and productive mobile functionality. And also the rest of the ASUS product assortment offered by ELKO is significant and will give clients in the Baltic States wide possibilities to choose from, in terms of product prices and technical specifications. ELKO Grupa was founded in 1993. The company is a wholesaler of computers and electronic products in the Baltic States, Central and Eastern Europe, and CIS member states. The company represents more than 70 producers and sells their goods to more than 5,400 retailers, local computer producers and system integrators.
