Usakovs returns to Riga

RIGA -- Riga city Mayor Nils Usakovs has returned home after receiving treatment in Germany for hyperthermia.

Usakovs, an avid runnner, collapsed while taking part in the Nordea City Marathon's half-marathon event in late May. He was diagnosed with hyperthermia and rushed to a nearby hospital.

Doctors later transferred him to a clinic in Germany where he could receive more specialized care.
