TALLINN -- Estonia this week was placed on the US' "human trafficking watchlist" for the country's failure to implement measures to combat the problem.

Estonia and Belarus were both put onto the list, while numerous countries -- including the Philippines and India -- were removed.

In the report Estonia was cited as both a source country and a destination for human trafficking, with an emphasis on trafficking for prostitution.
