TALLINN -- The ash could spewing from a volcano in Iceland that has disrupted flights throughout Europe has reached Baltic shores.

So far only a handful of flights to and from the Baltic states have been cancelled, mainly to Germany, Scandinavia and the UK.

Ash from the Grimsvotn volcano this week has had a major impact on flights in Northern Europe, but the effects overall have not been as bad as with the Eyjafjallajokull last year.
