Baltics see mixed production results

VILNIUS -- According to the most recent data, Estonia has registered the largest increase in production in the EU. This in contrast to Lithuania, which had by far the largest decrease in production.

Production in Lithuania decreased by 4.6% in March, with the next largest decrease coming from Denmark at -1.7%. Estonia, meanwhile, saw an increase of 2.8%, 0.6% higher than the next largest country, Slovakia.  Production in Latvia increased by 1.4%, the fourth best result in the EU.

Overall, production increased in 14 countries and decreased in 6. The average came out to an increase of 0.6%.
