RIGA -- Riga city vice-mayor Ainars Slesers, widely viewed as one of Latvia's 'oligarchs', has accussed the country's intelligence services of having bugged the VIP rooms at the "Radisson Blu".

Slesers announced in an interview with LNT program "900 sekundes" that the rooms had been bugged for a long time and that numerous foreign foreign and local high-ranking officials have stayed.

Slesers has already met with the president to discuss the accusations, where he urged the president to take action but did not present any concrete evidence of the claims, national news agency LETA reported.
