Four more charged in Lebanon

TALLINN -- Four more people have been charged in the case surrounding the kidnapping of seven Estonian tourists in Lebanon last month.

Authorities have still not been able to rescue the hostages, but an undated video released last week shows them in good health. In the video they plead with world leaders to help secure their release.

The four new indictments bring the total number of people charged in the case to 16.
