Forum Cinemas sold to Swedish firm

TALLINN - Forum Cinemas, the largest movie theatre chain in the Baltic States, has been bought out by the Sweden-based Ratos. 

"Finnkino Oy", known as Forum Cinemas in the Baltics, was bought from Finland's Sanoma media group for about 94 million euros. Finnkino is also the largest cinema corporation in Finland.

Finnkino own a total of 25 movie theatres.
