Eesti Paevleht bought out by Ekspress Grupp

TALLINN - Major Estonian daily newspaper Eesti Paevleht has been bought out by the largest media conglomerate in the country, Ekspress Grupp.

Ekpress Grupp already controls the largest online news portal in the country, delfi.ee, as well as Eesti Ekspress and Maaleht, two of the country's largest weeklies.

The media group bought the remaining 50 percent share in the company from prominent businessman Jaan Manitski.
