TALLINN - Based on the report of the Land Board on real estate transactions and prices, in January 2011 the number of transactions in Tallinn fell by 44 from December 2010, and the total value declined by 48 percent, reports 1Partner Kinnisvara, one of Estonia’s largest real estate companies.There were 487 purchase and sale transactions with real estate in Tallinn in January 2011, at a total amount of 34.9 million euros.According to Martin Vahter, CEO of 1Partner Kinnisvara, the unusually active final quarter of 2010 was followed by a hangover and a euro changeover. “...
