OLAINE - A man in the Latvian town of Olaine has murdered a passerby, stabbing her more than 20 times after jumping naked from the window of a nearby house.
National news agency LETA reported that the woman, born 1955, was returning home from a local shop.
The police were called to the scene shortly thereafter, arresting the man, born 1988, not far from the scene of the crime.
