TALLINN - According to Doing Business 2011, Estonia ranks 17th out of 183 countries in the area of ease of setting up and running a business, retaining the same position it held in last year’s list. The rankings, which are part of a project by the International Finance Corporation and the World Bank, take into account areas such as the ease of registering a business, paying taxes and obtaining credit.
