RIGA - The economic crisis influenced all industries, including advertising. Companies reduced their marketing budgets, so ad agencies got less work to do. In the first half of 2010, media advertising decreased 18 percent compared to a most difficult 2009, but ad agencies are quite optimistic about the future.However, some agencies have stopped their business in Latvia (such as Domino BBDO), though some can claim excellent results in 2009. For example, DDB Worldwide Latvia had 40 percent growth in their turnover in the previous year, reaching 3.8 million lats (5.4 million euros)....
