Massive special ops training mission underway

VILNIUS -- More than 1,000 special operations troops from seven countries have begun the world's largest training missions of its kind, "Jackal Stone 2010".

Troops from Lithuania, Poland, USA, Latvia, Croatia, Romania, and Ukraine will take part in the excersice, which is slated to last until Sept. 27.

The key purpose of "Jackal Stone 2010" is to concert actions for special operations by joint activities and to share experience gained during exercises and missions in Afghanistan.
