Heat wave heats up Estonia’s ice cream business

TALLINN - The summer heat wave in Estonia has been a boon to some businesses as people flee extreme temperatures and reward themselves with cool treats. The ice cream business is one of those businesses that benefits from the hot weather.Domestic ice cream producer Balbiino is considered to be one of the largest Estonian ice cream manufacturers, making its products from the freshest local ingredients, says the company.
