KLAIPEDA - Are lengthy and plump eyelashes a mark of the funky beauty trend, a whim of vanity or a beauty necessity that a woman cannot get rid of even during the times of crisis? The downturn has slimmed down everyone’s expenditures, but  some beauty-conscious women forsake their beautification habits, including eyelash-lengthening, as the last savings resort. However, it is estimated that the beauty industry has shrunk 30 – 40 percent in Lithuania, making many women, the largest segment of the industry, switch from beauty parlors to less lavish self-catering at home....
