VILNIUS - Lithuanian president Dalia Grybauskaite has said that the country was at a "breaking point" during her annual address to parliament.

She said people were disappointed and that trust in the government had reached a low point.

"It is not the lack of money that makes people angry, but the lack of justice and solidarity," Grybauskaite said.
