Russian pharma company buys Grindex

RIGA - Grindex, Latvia's largest pharmaceutical companies and one of the largest home-grown companies, has sold a large portion of its stock to Russian pharmaceutical giant Farmstandart.

 

Farmstandart Monday bought more than 11 percent of Grindex.

 

Vitalijs Gavrilovs, who had to date been the largest shareholder in the company with 11.3 percent, confirmed to nazore.lv that he sold his shares to Farmstandart. The amount paid for the shares has not been made public.
