Tallinn explosion kills two

TALLINN -- An explosion in an apartment block in Tallinn has killed two people, police say.

The explosion took place in Tallinn’s Kristiine neighborhood, south of the city's Old Town.

Police say the incident was likely caused by 39-year-old convict "Sergey", who died in the blast along with his young daughter. His girlfriend and older daughter were also reportedly injured in the blast.
