Latvia takes first medal in 2010 Games

VANCOUVER - Latvia has secured its first medal in the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, Canada.

Brothers Andris and Juris Sics came second in the men's doubles luge even, 0.264 seconds behind the winners.

Austrians Austrians Andreas and Wolfgang Linger - who, oddly enough, are also brothers - won the event. Germany's Patric Leitner and Alexander Resch took third place.
