TALLINN -  The mood among the Estonian businesspeople is becoming slightly more optimistic these days; much of the restructuring of companies has been made in the past year. New companies are being registered, even some work-places are being created, much of the available labor is waiting to meet the needs of new investors. Estonia has learned its lessons.
