Police halt daily crime info for media

TALLINN - Estonian police have announced that they will no longer send daily information about crimes to the media.

Though any information about crime will still be available upon request, it will in the future be up to the discretion of the police which crimes it informs the media about.

Police representatives said the change was due to a lack of staff.
