TALLINN - In Estonia, much like in the other Baltic states, organic farming 's known by the cumbersome names of "mahepollumajandus" or "okoloogiline pollumajandus" in Estonian 's is a trend that is still catching on. Though it is still in the early stages, the practice has exploded in the past decade and promises to continue its rapid growth. Of more than 8,000 square kilometers of agricultural land in Estonia,  just 738 is used for organic plant production.
