The event not only drew hundreds of participants, but alsointernational media and blonde fans eager to get a gander at the pink, whiteand red clad blondes.
The event is thefirst of its kind in Latvia,but as organizer Marika Gederte of the Latvian Blondes Association says, theyare just getting started and next year will be even bigger.
Among the paradeparticipants were also a bevy of lapdogs tottering alongside the clacking stilettos.
The BlondeAssociation is also rallying to make May 31, National Blonde's Day.
