Car accident kills 5 year old

RIGA-On May 30, on the Preili-Livani road in eastern Latvia, a deadly car accident occurred,taking the life of a five year old and wounding five adults.

As Linda Neimane Zobena from the State Police's Public Relations DepartmenttoldLETA, the accident took place at around 1:30 p.m. on the 7th kilometerof the Preili-Livani road, when a man drove a 'Chrysler Town Car' off the roadand tipped over. It is not yet known the reason for the man swerving.

State Police are still investigating.
