Confident changes to citizenship laws will be passedDuring a state visit to Latvia last week, Polish President Alexander Kwasniewski said he believes recent amendments to the country's citizenship law will be implemented. "We welcome the amendments to the citizenship legislation, which will improve the situation of minorities in Latvia.
