"I know that receipt of taxes has been unexpectedly good, considering general negative background. Compared to the forecast we have 10 pct of planned and more than 9 pct of budget," Ansip said in a press conference.
It is still unknown how much value-added tax will be collected, but the prime minister does not expect much negativity.
Ansip did however say that Estonias main export markets are in a slowdown, and that as goods elsewhere grow cheaper, Estonian goods are no longer as desirable.
