Settled in the balloon "BizBizMarite", he began in Estonia, floated over Latviaand Lithuaniafor eight hours, a new record for longest flight. The distance traveled was 225km. Unfortunatly, due to weather conditions, Dukste was blown back over theborder into Latvia,and failed to complete his expected flight.
Dukste also announced his plan to set the Latvian record for highest hot airballoon altitude. It will be announced later this week by how much he set histwo records.
