MARKETING: Duracell Radio Rally thrills young and old alike

RIGA - For the past six years in Latvia, a special annual event has taken place in which a multinational corporation gives back to the community who buys its products: the Duracell Radio Rally.While many corporations seem to encourage children and teenagers to smoke cigarettes, drink fruity alcoholic beverages and partake in other questionable behavior, this event is essentially a remote control car race on a national scale.
