AS Eesti Post the state owned postal service  announced an auction of its main building in Tallinn's center with a starting price of 200 million kroons (12.8 million euro). The company earlier said it would start at 128 million kroons. "We definitely aren't going to sell the property at Narva maantee 1 cheap, we've taken account also of the possibility of a longer selling period," Tarmo Kirotar, head of the property management division at the postal company, told BNS.  The property will be sold in an open international tender with prior negotiations. The deadline  for bids is in February 2009. The building is a Soviet Era building dating to 1980 when Tallinn was host to the yachting at the Olympic Games.

The Polish subsidiary of Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) has opened new casino in the town of Kielce, Poland for an investment of roughly  40 million Estonian kroons ( 2.5 million euros). The casino is the first Olympic Casino in Poland for whose operations a new license has been issued. The new Olympic Casino is also the only casino in the town of 320,000.  The new location is the third Olympic casino in Poland. OEG also  has five more casinos in Poland branded as Casino Polonia.
