VILNIUS - Festivals in Lithuania are suffering. It is too difficult for independent organizers to invent new festivals, while the same old festivals are continuing on in a cultural, and political  environment that is constantly changing.Trends have shown that citizens of the new European Union member are ready to go to festivals and learn something new, but all they're getting is more money-making beer-gluts punctuated by music.
