Azerbaijan to open embassy in Estonia

TALLINN-Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarovat a press conference on Friday announced that he is prepared to cancel the currentvisa regime with Estonia.

The announcement came after a meeting with the EstonianForeign Minister in Tallinn.The decision should be followed by signing a contract on readmission in thecoming months.

Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet said he hoped that acontract on double tax evasion with Azerbaijan will also come thisyear.

Azerbaijan'sForeign Minister also added that Azerbaijanwill open an embassy in Estonialater this year.   

Estonian Foreign Minister also noted that Azerbaijan is an important in theEU for forming their energy security system. Estoniais also interested in furthering cooperation with Azerbaijan within NATO peacekeepingmissions.
