TALLINN – A "list of shame" has been published that reveals the names of 16 officers who forged documents about their education. The men, who occupied positions in the Defense Forces, Defense League and Border Guards, have been forced to resign from active service as a result of the deception and are now in reserve. None of the 16 men named had received a high school diploma, which all non-commissioned officers and officers wishing to serve on active duty are required to have, and all had forged documents about their education, said Georgi Kokosinski, press spokesman of the Defense Forces. ...
