RIGA 's The sound of high-powered engines will be echoing between the banks of the Daugava August 14 when Riga plays host to a day of powerboat racing.
The Latvian Water Motorsports Federation and Riga City Council have announced that the high-speed event will take place from 10:00 until 20:00 between Akmens bridge and Vansu bridge.
