TALLINN - Let's face it, for investors looking to buy cheap and make it big in the emerging Eastern European market sector, the Baltic countries aren't as attractive as they used to be. The region's economic growth spurt happened in the 1990s, and now the three countries no longer have that "emerging" quality. There are, however, still some exciting investments out there.
