TALLINN - Estonia has caught the car-buying bug. A quick glance at any parking lot in Tallinn reveals as much. Luxury vehicles line up side by side, begging for attention.To the casual observer, it seems Estonian roads are more heavily trafficked than ever before. Official figures confirm the notion. According to Statistics Estonia, 60,626 cars were registered to drive on Estonian roads in 2005.
