A performance last week by the popular Latvian vocal group Cosmos in Vilnius was marred by theft, according to the Lietuvos Rytas daily. During the concert two notebook computers, three mobile phones, three passports and three wallets were taken from the group's unlocked changing room. The thieves also made off with one of the performers' stage costumes.

"When the singers saw what happened, they were astonished. The guys were most of all sad not because of the computer and phones, but because of information on forthcoming tours and records, pictures held in the computer," said Ramojis Reimeris, director of City Concert company, which organizes Cosmos concerts in Lithuania.
