Estonia's attempts to legally regulate questions related to war graves and war memorials have created a great deal of clamor recently. The initiatives of the Estonian government and Parliament have unfortunately aroused misunderstandings and malicious comments.Estonia as a member of the European Union and Council of Europe is a free and democratic state, where the glorification or rebirth of fascism is unthinkable.
