Urmas Paet to pay a state visit to China

TALLINN - Estonia's Foreign Minister Urmas Paet will pay an official visit to the Chinese capital Beijing next week.
During the visit [Jan. 24-25] the Estonian minister will meet with China's Vice President Zeng Quinghong and Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing, spokespeople for the Estonian Foreign Ministry said.
The parties will speak about Estonian-Chinese relations and setting up the building of the Estonian embassy in Beijing.
Paet and the hosts are also expected to exchange views on European integration and relations between the EU and China.
The situation in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and North Korea, as well as cooperation in international organizations also will be discussed.
