Russia should take a PR lesson from Germany

Since his buddy Vlad has set him up with a cushy job paying six figures, perhaps Gerhard should consider returning the favor and give the Russian president a much-needed lesson in public relations. Vlad, whose image has taken a beating over the years, has about 12 months to go before his second presidential term expires, so it might do him a ton of good to sit down and listen to his German pal and learn a thing or two about repentance. On Dec. 31, 2006, Germany wrapped up a six-year program set up to compensate nearly 1.7 million people who were forced into slave labor under the Nazi regime...
