RIGA - The Riga municipal company Rigas Satiksme (Riga Transportation) submitted its final proposal on raising public transport ticket prices to the Public Utilities Commission.Board members of Rigas Satiksme agreed to ask the regulator to raise tariffs to 0.3 lat (0.43 euros) instead of 0.4 lat, as previously planned, spokesperson Oskars Firmanis told LETA.
