IDA-VIRU COUNTY, Estonia - The Border Guard Board has approved the construction of a new radar tower that will increase security efficiency on the Estonian-Russian border. The state-of-the-art radar will be erected at the Mustajoe border, said spokesperson Helena Loorents."The radar tower will be equipped with a camera mounted on a platform, from which the surrounding area can be kept under camera surveillance day and night.
