With five months to go before Estonia's parliamentary elections, the Center and Reform parties are currently the most popular, according to a Postimees poll.
The Pro Patria Union, which enjoyed a rating of 15 percent before its merger with Res Publica, is now in its new alliance suffering the lowest ratings in the past three months, at 10 percent.
"The electors are apparently still undecided concerning the two parties' unification, which is quite understandable in a situation where the party is still forming its face and electing its figureheads," Emor sociologist Jaanika Hammal said.
