A man later identified as a Vilnius bus driver, wandered around in his underwear in the square between the President's Office and the Defense Ministry on Sept. 12.
Eyewitnesses said the man took off his jacket, shirt and pants and threw away his wallet and mobile phone. His performance was recorded by surveillance cameras.
Raimundas Kairys, director of the VIP Security Department, said the items dropped by the man were collected by security officers working at the President's Office who identified the man as a driver of Vilniaus Autobusai (Vilnius Buses) company.
